Orders under $400*

$50.00 flat rate to the 48 contiguous states of the US and $40.00 within California

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Overnight with delivery by 12:00 PM.

When checking out, please specify which day you'd like your order to be shipped.

We will try our best to accommodate your request.

To help ensure timely delivery, we ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
For special requests, feel free to contact us.

In the rare event of a DOA, please contact us within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt and include clear photos of the coral.

If the shipment is not accepted on the first delivery attempt, the DOA guarantee is void.
Do not discard the coral until you've spoken with us — we may request additional information.
Once the DOA claim is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued for the affected item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note:

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or lost/stolen packages.
We are not liable for DOA claims resulting from improper acclimation or mishandling after delivery.

Due to the sensitive nature of live coral and marine livestock, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
