Due to the sensitive nature of live coral and marine livestock, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If your coral arrives dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt and see our Shipping & DOA Policy for how to submit a claim.

If you experience any other issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
